Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal for an on-site, contract to permanent position with our client with multiple offices across Atlanta area. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, from 9am - 5pm ET.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in residential closings, along with some experience in commercial closings. Essential duties include:
- Coordinating all aspects of the closing process, including ordering title searches, loan payoffs, HOA letters, utilities, and tax information
- Preparing title commitments; working with attorney to identify & resolve title issues.
- Preparing settlement statements and Closing Disclosures; balancing wire amounts with lenders.
- Tracking critical dates and maintaining an organized closing calendar.
- Communicating with clients throughout the closing.
