Beacon Hill is seeking a Litigation Practice Assistant for a temporary, onsite position with our client in Austin. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, during standard hours.
Qualifications:
- 1.5+ years of litigation and legal support experience.
- Knowledge/proficiency in tools such as iManage, Chrome River, MS Office, and PACER.
- 3+ years experience supporting attorneys in a law firm environment.
We are Looking For:
- Someone who can hit the ground running, adapt quickly, and support a fast-paced litigation team.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple attorney needs with accuracy and urgency.
