Well-established manufacturing company in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! Searching for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong data entry skills. This company offers benefits, room for growth, and a casual office environment!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails
- Set up profiles for new customers
- Maintain all customer files and make updates to customer files
- Process customer orders via phone and email
- Provide customers with pricing information, product availability, and shipping information
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
