Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Transactions/Corporate Paralegal for a hybrid, long term contract opportunity with our client in Brentwood, TN. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience as a paralegal, with prior focus on commercial transactions or contracts preferred. A paralegal certificate is a plus but not a requirement. Essential duties include:

1. Review, draft, and edit a variety of commercial agreements (e.g., vendor, service, supply, licensing, confidentiality agreements).
2. Assist attorneys in managing the contract lifecycle, including intake, review, redlines, negotiation support, and final execution.
3. Organize and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and related resources for the Legal Department.
4. Track key contract terms, obligations, and deadlines to ensure compliance and timely follow-up.
5. Conduct legal and business research on commercial and regulatory topics relevant to contracts.
6. Coordinate with internal business partners and stakeholders to gather information and assist with due diligence.
7. Support special projects and initiatives for the Commercial Transactions team as needed.
8. Prepare correspondence, summaries, and reports for attorneys and business partners.
9. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for contract negotiations or project updates.
10. Monitor shared inboxes and triage incoming requests to the appropriate team members.
11. Develop and update department forms, checklists, and reference materials to improve efficiency.
