Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (Contract)
Location: Downtown Cleveland, OH (On-site)
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Job Type: Contract (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
Overview:
A respected nonprofit organization in downtown Cleveland is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist with high-volume data processing. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization and support vital community programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in internal databases and systems
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive donor and client information
- Review data for errors and resolve any inconsistencies
- Assist with organizing digital and physical records
- Support administrative and reporting tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth data operations
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Passion for supporting a nonprofit mission is a plus
