Job Title: Compensation Analyst - Operations (Contract)
Pay Rate: $24/hour

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Incentive Compensation Analyst for a contract position supporting one of our clients. In this role, you will help ensure accurate processing and administration of performance-based compensation for designated business units. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in incentive operations while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior analysts to ensure accurate and timely incentive compensation disbursements.

• Manage the end-to-end processing of incentive pay for a less complex line of business.

• Interpret and apply incentive plan rules and guidelines to compensation calculations.

• Investigate and respond to employee inquiries related to incentive compensation.

• Support data analysis and reporting related to incentive payouts.

• Assist in the completion of risk and compliance reviews, ensuring alignment with internal controls.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Help identify opportunities for process improvements and greater efficiency.

• Participate in testing and validation of system updates or enhancements.

• Support the evaluation and implementation of changes to incentive compensation plans.

• Perform other duties as needed in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field-or equivalent experience (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Familiarity with incentive compensation systems, HRIS, or payroll systems is a plus.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
