Job Title: Compensation Analyst - Operations (Contract)
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Job Summary:
We are hiring an Incentive Compensation Analyst for a contract position supporting one of our clients. In this role, you will help ensure accurate processing and administration of performance-based compensation for designated business units. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in incentive operations while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior analysts to ensure accurate and timely incentive compensation disbursements.
Manage the end-to-end processing of incentive pay for a less complex line of business.
Interpret and apply incentive plan rules and guidelines to compensation calculations.
Investigate and respond to employee inquiries related to incentive compensation.
Support data analysis and reporting related to incentive payouts.
Assist in the completion of risk and compliance reviews, ensuring alignment with internal controls.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Help identify opportunities for process improvements and greater efficiency.
Participate in testing and validation of system updates or enhancements.
Support the evaluation and implementation of changes to incentive compensation plans.
Perform other duties as needed in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field-or equivalent experience (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with incentive compensation systems, HRIS, or payroll systems is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
