Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract)
Location: Downtown Cleveland, OH (On-site)
Pay Rate: $22-$27 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Contract (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

Overview:
We are partnering with a well-established client in downtown Cleveland who is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in managing receivables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Monitor accounts to ensure timely collections

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and resolve billing issues

• Apply incoming payments to appropriate customer accounts

• Reconcile AR transactions and assist with month-end closing

• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently to meet deadlines
