Exciting Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: Customer Service

Are you ready to play a key role in the growth and success of a leading company in the fire protection industry? We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for managing customer-specific requests related to the inspection and service of fire protection systems, while helping drive the success of our Service & Inspection department!

As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll ensure that inspections and services are completed efficiently, keeping customers satisfied and compliant with all required guidelines. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment where your ability to juggle priorities, deliver top-notch customer service, and maintain quality performance will be key to success.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule on-demand and recurring service/inspection appointments for customer sites.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure all customer work is completed on time and to specification.
  • Follow up on any outstanding work orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide phone coverage for assigned accounts and overflow calls.
  • Manage invoicing for work tickets and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Be the primary customer service contact for your assigned accounts, delivering exceptional support.
  • Cross-train and support other roles as needed to enhance team flexibility and efficiency.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance to keep operations running smoothly.
