Clerical Temp
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Temp to assist with visitor and vendor check-in, moving support, unboxing deliveries, organizing materials, and general administrative tasks. This role involves a mix of clerical and hands-on support to keep the office running smoothly during a busy period. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Duties
Greet and check in visitors and vendors, ensuring proper sign-in procedures are followed
Assist with moving support, including relocating light office items as needed
Unbox and organize incoming deliveries, supplies, and materials
Organize and file physical and digital documents accurately
Perform data entry and update records in internal systems
Maintain orderly workspaces and office supply inventory
