Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Identifies and qualifies potential customers through various channels like cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research.
- Reaches out to prospects, providing product information, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Builds relationships/establishes rapport with existing accounts and internal teams for Amazon Canada and Mexico.
- Delivers product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and existing accounts.
- Coordinates promotional opportunities with Marketing and product management.
- Works with customer service to ensure accurate customer profile
- Follows the sales process, managing leads through the sales funnel, and coordinates with other departments to close deals.
- Assists Amazon Key Account Manager with administrative tasks, preparing sales materials and potentially attending sales meetings.
- Stays updated on industry trends, competitor analysis and product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Formulates plans that include products, packaging, unit of sales and pricing that fulfills clients' needs and company's goals.
- Prepares pricing suggestions based on competitive information within accounts and channels.
- Serves as primary point of contact for day-to-day marketplace operations
- Conducts market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights
- Analyzes sales data and marketplace metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Prepares regular reports and presentations for leadership team
- Monitors competitor activities and marketplace changes
