Bilingual Administrative Assistant at Dental Office
Fort Mill, SC

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-service-driven Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily front office operations in a busy dental practice. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients, answer incoming calls, and manage appointment scheduling.

Check patients in/out, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays and outstanding balances.

Communicate clearly with Spanish- and English-speaking patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and financial responsibilities.

Maintain accurate patient records, update charts, and ensure all documentation is entered into the practice management system.

Support the dental team with daily administrative needs, including filing, scanning, and handling correspondence.

Coordinate referrals, confirm appointments, and manage patient reminders.

Assist with insurance eligibility checks, claims submissions, and billing inquiries as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient concerns professionally.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred, but not required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental).

Ability to handle a high volume of calls and interactions with professionalism and patience.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
