Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Asset & Corporate Finance Attorney, ideally local to the Charlotte, NC or Charleston, SC markets for a contract to permanent role with our client, a global law firm. Please note that candidates must be licensed where they sit (ideally North Carolina or South Carolina). This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with financing transactions. Real estate law and real estate finance experience preferred but not required. Essential duties include supporting the firm's Asset & Corporate Finance practice group, advising lenders, master servicers, and special servicers on financing transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities.
