We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Specialist to manage the drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts and other legally binding agreements for our in-house client located in Waltham, MA. This role ensures all documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant throughout the entire lifecycle-from initial draft to final signatures-using robust tracking systems. The successful candidate will review and interpret contract language, coordinate revisions, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and exceptional attention to detail are essential to guarantee all agreements meet the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. This role is a hybrid position with 2 days required in the office. Hourly rate range $28-$33/hour.
