Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Public Finance/Corporate Paralegal for an onsite, contract to permanent opportunity with our client in Atlanta, GA. This is a fully onsite position, Monday - Friday, from 9:30am - 6pm ET.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant corporate legal experience. Essential duties primarily include transactional work, i.e. processing signature pages, filing in superior court, and supporting multiple attorneys. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required.
