Our client, specialty finance/leasing company in Boston's Financial District, is in need for a paralegal to help with a document reconciliation project. It is estimated to last 2-3 weeks and they would ideally wrap-up mid-February. The project involves review of recordkeeping and investment documentation of their filings. These records are primarily kept in a file room onsite, with digital components to match up against. The seek a Paralegal level candidate with experience with financing, particularly equipment financing.
Candidates with other investment, lease or loan experiences could be a fit.
Will try candidates with related contracts or corporate experience.
Should have familiarity with legal financial documents, including UCC statements and titles.
Schedule is 9-5, Mondays through Fridays, 40 hours/week. Pay $35-$50/hour (based on experience.
