Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a fully onsite, temporary to permanent role with our client in Dallas. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours (8:30am - 5:30pm).

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of relevant experience as a Corporate Paralegal. Experience with food/beverage/hospitality law is a plus. Please note that candidates must have an active Texas notary license.

Essential duties include:

• File organization; updating corporate partnerships and LLC indexes to reflects changes and amendments to documents.
• Assisting the company architect and general contractor in completing building permit applications, health permit application, food establishment permit applications, and land use applications.
• Completing paperwork to change title information for new company vehicles.
• General maintenance of renewal of company licensures such as underground tank certifications, TABC license, and City of Dallas required licenses.
• Facilitating interaction (conversations and correspondence) with DFW and Love Field managers and officials, the Dallas County and Tarrant County Health Departments, the TABC, the City of Dallas Building Inspection Department, the Office of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Office of the Secretary of State of Texas, and various architects and contractors.
• Reviewing and approving invoices related to corporate work.
• Assisting with corporate entity formation, preparing annual minutes, issuing stock certificates for corporate stockholders, and filing annual reports/registrations.
