Key Responsibilities:

Master the Art of Patent Docketing: Take charge of crucial tasks such as adding files to Pattsywave, updating docket entries, and monitoring communications from the patent office, ensuring a seamless flow of information.

Prepare and File Essential Documentation: Skillfully craft and submit vital forms for patent applications, including Information Disclosure Statements, Application Data Sheets, Patent Assignments, and Inventor Declarations, showcasing your attention to detail and expertise.

Communicate with Confidence: Proactively engage with clients, providing them with timely updates on the status of their patent applications and addressing their inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

Liaise with Global Counsel: Collaborate with foreign counsel to navigate international patent filing requirements, ensuring compliance and fostering strong professional relationships across borders.

Uphold Excellence:Adhere to outside counsel guidelines in all communications with clients, exemplifying your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the realm of patent filing and prosecution, with a keen understanding of the intricacies involved.
• Proficiency in patent docketing software and document management platforms, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
