• A strong command of drafting comprehensive closing checklists, delivering timely updates, and masterfully managing due diligence lists.
• Proficient in reviewing title commitments, verifying property surveys, and meticulously researching and analyzing zoning regulations.
• Skilled at crafting precise title objection letters, closing instruction letters, and key dates memoranda with clarity and precision.
• Experience in drafting amendments to retail leases, notices of default, and conducting thorough research on state regulations related to various tenant matters (prior leasing experience is a significant advantage).
• Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and confident in your abilities; you thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining poise under pressure.
