Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys by preparing key legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files to help clients through challenging times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research and compile case information
- Maintain organized and accessible case files
- Communicate clearly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Assist attorneys with trial, hearing, and deposition preparation
- Manage deadlines and case schedules efficiently
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA) or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of family law and trial procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with document management and legal research tools
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
