Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join a growing legal team supporting 11 attorneys and 2.5 legal assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
- Prepare and e-file documents in state and federal courts
- Organize and maintain case files and records
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Assist with special projects and team initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent legal experience preferred
- Previous paralegal or legal support experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with legal research tools and document software
Work Culture & Flexibility:
- Professional but relaxed atmosphere - jeans and sneakers are welcome
- Firm is expanding, with plans to increase office space
- After a 3-month onboarding, option to work remotely one day per week
- Core hours: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM with flexible start times
