Beacon Hill Legal is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator for a contract-to-hire position in our Alvarado, TX office (just outside Fort Worth). The candidate will report to the General Counsel and support the Legal and Risk Team in preparing, negotiating, and executing various commercial contracts across the organization while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for contract-related matters.
• Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts and amendments.
• Manage contractual risks and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Lead negotiations with customers and suppliers to maintain an acceptable risk profile.
• Participate in risk reviews and oversee the development of contractual standards.
• Monitor contract performance and maintain relationships with business partners.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in-house with a manufacturing or construction company.
• Minimum of 5 years in contract administration or construction management.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing and construction contracting.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of contractual terms and conditions and experience in risk management.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and proactive nature.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Word.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with various environmental conditions common in manufacturing settings.
