Beacon Hill Legal** is seeking an experienced civil litigation paralegal for a national litigation firm. This in-office position is ideal for a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills who can manage a fast-paced insurance coverage and litigation docket.
**Responsibilities:**
- Review, organize, and summarize case documents for trial preparation.
- Draft notices, affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Prepare discovery documents and summarize medical records.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff to exchange information.
- Enter billing data daily and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in state and federal courts.
- Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Pro.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
