Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy national litigation firm. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, organize, and summarize case documents for trial preparation (Required)
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests (Required)
• Draft notices, affidavits, memos, and correspondence
• Analyze and summarize medical records
• Review case files to identify missing or necessary information
• Prepare matter evaluations and status reports for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff
• Enter time daily into billing software
• Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently
• Use legal software and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of recent litigation paralegal experience in a law firm
• Experience with both State and Federal courts
• Background in civil litigation, insurance coverage, and litigation docket (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate (not required but preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
