Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a motivated Legal Analyst/Legal Specialist to support our client's legal team by providing accurate, timely assistance with a variety of legal and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in helping the firm operate within legal guidelines while maintaining its reputation for integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with legal research and document preparation to support attorneys and business teams.

Review and organize contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents.

Help monitor compliance with legal policies and procedures.

Support project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Collaborate with colleagues to meet the evolving needs of the firm in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in legal support or a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated professionalism, ethical judgment, and respect for confidentiality.
