Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a motivated Legal Analyst / Legal Specialist to join our client's legal team in a temp-to-hire capacity. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and assist in preparing a variety of legal documents and correspondence
• Review, organize, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other sensitive legal materials
• Monitor compliance with internal legal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with project tracking and deadline management to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Manage and safeguard confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to address evolving needs and support departmental goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal support, legal operations, or compliance role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and self-motivated, with a high degree of professionalism and sound judgment
