Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a prestigious plaintiff's litigation firm in Houston to find a highly skilled Bilingual Litigation Paralegal for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a dynamic and challenging role supporting a busy trial team in high-stakes commercial and catastrophic injury cases.

Location: Houston, TX (100% on-site)
Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours

About the Role:

This firm specializes in trials, arbitrations, and appeals, and is seeking a paralegal who is fluent in both English and Spanish and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle e-filing in both state and federal courts
• Maintain and monitor case calendars and deadlines
• Draft and prepare discovery, pleadings, and correspondence
• Support attorneys with trial prep and case-related events
• Manage document production and e-discovery
• Act as point of contact for clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
• Organize case files and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Excellent writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a high-demand environment
• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred
