Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a respected mid-sized defense firm in Downtown Dallas to find a tech-savvy Personal Injury/Construction Defect Paralegal for a hybrid, temp-to-hire opportunity. Position: Personal Injury & Construction Defect Paralegal
Location: Downtown Dallas (Hybrid - In-office + remote flexibility)
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5-hour workweek (no expected OT)
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: Competitive, DOE
Practice Areas: Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Construction Defect
Key Responsibilities:
- Download, organize, and electronically manage large volumes of digital documents
- Handle complex multiparty scheduling for depositions, mediations, site inspections, and expert meetings
- Coordinate with expert witnesses, clients, and co-counsel to facilitate document exchange and case prep
- Assist in the preparation and filing of pleadings and legal correspondence
- Maintain case files and provide general litigation support to attorneys
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2-4 years of experience in personal injury defense and/or construction defect litigation
- Proficiency with e-discovery platforms and electronic case management
- Strong scheduling, communication, and document handling skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
- An Associate's degree or paralegal certification
