Beacon Hill Legal is thrilled to partner with a highly respected law firm in Downtown Dallas on a brand-new opportunity for a Corporate/Transactional Legal Assistant. This newly created position offers the chance to support a busy, collaborative legal team while working on a wide range of corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, assemble, and organize corporate documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Save and manage files using NetDocs document management system
- Handle frequent client communication via phone and email with professionalism and care
- Oversee a significant volume of monthly billing
- Conduct filings through TX SOS Direct and assist with applications/registrations across various Secretary of State platforms
- Coordinate with entities like Capitol Services and CSC for compliance and corporate filings
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word with strong formatting and editing skills
- Prior experience with NetDocs
- Familiar with Texas Secretary of State filings (Certificates of Existence, Annual Reports, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Friendly, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
