Beacon Hill Legal is excited to announce an opportunity for a Legal Secretary (Floater) at a prestigious litigation firm in Texas. This dynamic role offers the chance to work across a diverse range of practice areas, including Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Corporate & Tax, Electric Energy, Environmental & Water, Labor & Employment, Litigation, Oil & Gas, and Wealth Preservation and Estate.
**What We're Looking For:**
- A solid foundation in general litigation experience.
- Proficiency in basic drafting skills to support our attorneys effectively.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, demonstrating your capability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience with e-filing in both state and federal courts.
- Excellent skills in calendaring and client communication, reflecting your commitment to exceptional service.
- Familiarity with enterprise time and billing systems, with a preference for SurePoint (LMS), Chrome River, or iTimekeep.
- Experience with iManage is highly desirable.
- While a degree is not required, it is certainly preferred.
