**Key Responsibilities:**

- Proactively engage with external sources to gather critical information and conduct thorough analyses.

- Efficiently search and retrieve case-related information from court databases and various online resources.

- Skillfully prepare written discovery requests and craft compelling objections.

- Review, analyze, and meticulously organize document productions from opposing parties and co-defendants in complex multi-party litigation.

- Concisely summarize transcripts and curate essential documents.

- Prepare and meticulously organize materials for expert witness review.

- Effectively manage documents and uphold organized case files.

**Qualifications:**

- A Bachelor's degree is a must; a Paralegal Certificate will set you apart.

- At least 2 years of paralegal experience in litigation, particularly in trial preparation and attendance.

- Experience in insurance defense and/or construction defects is highly advantageous.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that engage and inform.

- A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment while taking ownership of your unique case docket.

- Demonstrated experience in drafting subpoenas and maintaining comprehensive logs for records received.
