Pay Range: $45-$85/hr depending on experience
About the Role
We are hiring a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Legal Operations & Compliance Specialist to support operational and regulatory functions across fast-paced in-house legal teams. You will play a key role in driving legal efficiency, vendor compliance, and process automation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain legal dashboards, budgets, and vendor management platforms
- Support contract lifecycle, compliance tracking, and matter management systems
- Coordinate privacy or regulatory compliance efforts (GDPR, HIPAA, AML, etc.)
- Generate reports and audit logs for internal or regulatory review
- Help standardize templates, SOPs, and internal legal requests
✅ Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations or compliance roles
- Familiarity with platforms such as SimpleLegal, Onit, OneTrust, or ServiceNow Legal
- Strong Excel, workflow management, and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience supporting legal, compliance, or procurement teams
- Certifications such as CIPP/US, CCEP, or Lean Six Sigma a plus
