A leading law firm is seeking an experienced IP & Trademark Docketing Specialist to support our growing Intellectual Property team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of trademark docketing systems and experience managing IP deadlines and filings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor IP and trademark filing deadlines
- Maintain and update docketing database for trademarks, patents, and other IP matters
- Prepare and file trademark applications and related documents
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements
- Communicate with clients and government agencies regarding IP filings
- Generate reports on docketing status and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IP and trademark docketing
- Proficiency with docketing software (e.g., CPI, FoundationIP)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of trademark and IP law procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
