* Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
* Lead data architecture initiatives, overseeing the design and development of data warehouses, data marts, data lakes, and other data platforms.
* Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate BI visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, finance, marketing) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
* Manage BI projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Optimize the use of existing BI tools and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Identify opportunities to leverage data to address business challenges and uncover new opportunities.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI analysts, developers, and/or data engineers.
* Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling, to extract actionable insights.
* Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.
* Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all platforms and systems.
