* Monitor and investigate alerts from security platforms including CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft 365 Defender to detect and respond to potential threats.
* Assist in the daily management of our platform, supporting policy management, control tracking, risk assessments, and audit preparation
* Support vulnerability management processes, including routine scans, tracking remediation efforts, and validating patching efforts.
* Collaborate with IT on endpoint protection, access control, patch management, and hardening of network infrastructure.
* Participate in incident response activities, including identification, containment, root cause analysis, and reporting.
* Maintain documentation for security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST, HIPAA).
* Assist in user access reviews and other technical audits to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
* Support internal and third-party audits by providing evidence, reports, and documentation as required.
