Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a professional with experience in financial contract negotiation for a long-term contract role support our client in Downtown Dallas. This role is 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate ISDA and other financial trading agreements with a wide range of counterparties, including banks, mutual funds, pension funds, hedge funds, corporations, and insurance companies.
• Utilize established templates and negotiation playbooks to draft, review, and manage third-party outreach for contract establishment.
• Ensure contracts achieve an appropriate balance of risk in alignment with organizational policies and standards.
• Collaborate with clients and their counsel through conference calls, meetings, and electronic communication.
• Partner with internal stakeholders in legal, credit, risk management, and sales functions regarding document terms.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on day-to-day questions and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience negotiating ISDA or other financial trading documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
• Law degree preferred but not required.
