EE Patent Attorney (3+ Years) - Boutique IP Firm

Our client, a well‑established patent boutique law firm, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Patent Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing practice.

This is a stable, long‑term opportunity with consistent work flowing from a strong base of established clients. The firm offers a reasonable billable hour expectation of 1,700 hours and a collegial, supportive environment.

Practice Focus

• Patent preparation and prosecution in electrical engineering-related technologies
• Exposure to work generated by long‑standing client relationships
• Minimal business development pressure

Qualifications

• JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
• Candidates with Computer Engineering or Computer Science degrees will be considered if comfortable working with EE technologies
• 3+ years of patent prosecution experience (law firm or in‑house)
• USPTO registration required

Location & Flexibility
