Public company is looking to bring on a Sr Financial Analyst to their FP&A Department due to recent growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Finance Manager International you will provide financial oversight to countries and support companywide financial planning and analysis activities
- This role will provide comprehensive financial analysis, support and advice to the senior International team
- You will be responsible for supporting the Finance International leadership, as well as the countries with financial analysis, reporting, and explanations
- Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating initiatives and requests for analysis with your counterparts in the countries
- The individual will also develop ad-hoc financial analyses and reports that aid in evaluating business performance and identifying risk and opportunities
- This role will support strategic and business planning processes and other initiatives
- Consolidate, analyze and report monthly, quarterly and annual financial results for the International business and provide variance explanations against Plan, historic results and other key performance indicators
- Consolidate, analyze and report monthly and quarterly Forecasts for the International business, along with associated variance explanations and risks and opportunities analysis
- Track business trends and key risks and assist the senior team in developing opportunities to deliver expected business results
- Support the annual strategic planning process for International
- Support the Annual Business Plan process including the development of and analysis of International plan algorithms, review of Country plan models, providing analysis of trends as well as growth and profitability drivers
- Support International COO with detailed financial reporting, including country, line of business, and line of service insight
- Support monthly operating review presentations, business reviews and ad hoc operational support
- Drive key initiatives in support of the financial objectives
- Support the countries with analysis and reporting as required
- Other ad-hoc analysis as requested
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience
- Education: Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
