Senior Tax Manager - High Net Worth | Hybrid | Boutique Firm
A dynamic and growing boutique firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their high-performing team. This role focuses on delivering strategic tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts. This is a high-impact role designed for growth, with a clear path to Partner!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review complex individual and trust tax returns
- Provide personalized planning for high-net-worth clients
- Lead client relationships and mentor junior staff
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, service, and confidentiality
- Oversee tax projections, estimated payments, and year-end planning strategies
- Collaborate with attorneys, wealth advisors, and external partners on estate and financial planning matters
- Stay current on tax law changes and proactively advise clients on their implications
- Support business development efforts and contribute to firm growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- CPA designation required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; MST strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a strong focus on high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts
- Deep technical knowledge of individual, trust, and estate taxation
- Proven leadership and staff development experience
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
