We are partnered with a manufacturing company looking to add a Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and resolving any billing discrepancies. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers according to company policies and client agreements.

• Maintain and update billing systems and records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

• Monitor and track incoming payments; reconcile payment records to ensure accuracy.

• Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies. Provide timely responses to questions and issues.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Prepare and submit regular billing reports to management, highlighting any outstanding invoices or potential issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field
