Our client, a residential Real Estate firm, is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. You will be working on a team of 9 and owning a portfolio of 4-5 properties in which you will be responsible for all of the accounting. You will report to the Vice President of Finance and will be provided with strong mentorship as you take on these properties. Responsibilities of the role include bank reconciliations, reviewing and approving payables, maintaining reports, preparing quarterly and annual financial reports, cash forecasting, auditing, tax returns and more.
This client is looking for candidates who are either straight out of public accounting or a staff/senior accountant within real estate. Ideally, this candidate will have their CPA and needs to have a strong interest in the real estate industry. This candidate should have experience in a role heavy on preparations.
