Our client is looking to bring on a Staff Accountant to their Accounting Department due to continued growth and promotions. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that promotes from within and is known for their strong culture of collaboration! The work schedule is hybrid (3 days in office) and pays a very competitive compensation package and strong benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the monthly/quarterly internal reporting package, including, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and inter-company reporting information.
- Reconciliation and review of balance sheet accounts ensuring accurate representation of current assets and liabilities
- Analyze and report on labor forecast, trends, and communicate one-time impacts
- Preparation of journal entries and financial analyses related to insurance reserves and a wide array of other accounting areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years of relative accounting experience
- Strong excel skills
