Our client, a NYC based charter school system, is hiring a Finance and Accounting Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for a mix of finance and accounting responsibilities such as financial reporting, reconciliations, grant management, invoicing, budgeting, etc. This role is heavier on the financial operations aspect so proficient experience with excel and creating reports is important.
This candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in financial operations; someone who can take raw data and compile it into reports. Proficiency in excel is required. Previous non-profit experience is a plus but not a requirement.
