Our fast-growing, publicly traded global client is seeking a VP of Accounting & Finance! This is a great chance to elevate into executive leadership role, take ownership at a global level, and make a defining mark on a fast-paced company.
Key Highlights:
- Lead global consolidation and SEC filings (10-K, 6-K, etc.)
- Oversee financial operations across international entities, including inter-company transactions, eliminations, and transfer pricing compliance.
- Manage and mentor the corporate accounting team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
- Manage corporate accounting and coordinate external audits
- Collaborate across global finance teams
- Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership, supporting high-level decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience, including Public Accounting Experience
- CPA required
- Strong SEC reporting and consolidations experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Large ERP experience; NetSuite a plus
