About the Role
A global manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing data, developing pricing strategies, and supporting revenue growth and profitability initiatives across multiple product lines and regions. This is a cross-functional role that involves collaboration with sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize pricing processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze pricing performance, cost structures, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and margin optimization
Support the development and implementation of pricing models and strategies across global markets
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to evaluate pricing proposals, promotions, and discount structures
Conduct competitor pricing analysis and monitor industry trends to ensure market competitiveness
Maintain and update pricing databases, tools, and systems with current product and customer information
Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards highlighting pricing metrics, trends, and recommendations
Support pricing governance and ensure compliance with company policies and margin targets
Assist in pricing-related projects including new product launches, contract reviews, and regional initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, sales analysis or a related analytical role within a relevant industry
Strong Excel skills; experience with pricing or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus
Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
