About the Role:
A global manufacturing company is looking to add a Junior Pricing Analyst to their corporate finance team. This is a collaborative and fast-paced environment that offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact commercial decisions on a global scale. This role will partner closely with Sales, FP&A, and Product teams to develop data-driven pricing proposals that support growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of customer pricing proposals based on margin targets, market intelligence, and cost inputs

  • Analyze product pricing, sales trends, and margin performance across global regions

  • Collaborate with Sales, FP&A, and Product Management to align pricing decisions with business objectives

  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support ongoing pricing reviews

  • Provide timely and accurate pricing analysis to support quoting, contracts, and negotiations

  • Monitor pricing performance and identify areas of opportunity or risk

  • Assist in standardizing pricing practices and documentation across global business units

  • Maintain pricing databases and ensure data integrity within ERP and pricing systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in a pricing, financial analysis, or business analysis role (preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B setting)

  • Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas like SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic modeling

  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, FP&A, and other business units

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate data into actionable insights

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience utilizing data tools such as PowerBI, SQL, R, or Python is a plus

  • Exposure to global markets or multi-currency pricing environments

  • Familiarity with cost-plus, value-based, or competitive pricing methodologies
