About the Role
A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst to join their finance division. This role will play a key part in developing and executing pricing strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights and ensure consistent pricing practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain pricing strategies and models to support business objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth financial, competitive, and market analysis to evaluate pricing effectiveness.

  • Partner with sales leadership to evaluate customer contracts, discount structures, and deal profitability.

  • Support product launches by providing pricing analysis, recommendations, and alignment with market positioning.

  • Monitor pricing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for margin improvement and revenue optimization.

  • Collaborate with finance to forecast pricing impacts on revenue and profitability.

  • Contribute to process improvements, pricing tools, and analytics capabilities within the organization.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, or strategic finance; prior experience in manufacturing industries preferred but not required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, SQL, PowerBI); experience with ERP systems a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail with a track record of driving insights into actionable strategies.
