A client of ours in the Real Estate space is looking to hire a Property Accountant to join their team. This accountant will be focusing on the accounting for the firm's commercial properties and will be reporting directly to the VP Assistant Controller.
The ideal candidate has their Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related and has at least 5 years of experience within the real estate space, specifically commercial real estate. They should have a strong understanding of GAAP principles, previous experience with Yardi, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They require 5 days onsite and are located in Manhattan.
