About the Role:

A multibillion-dollar company is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their FP&A function. This is not a traditional FP&A role- as a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support the business through analytics, field coordination, and reporting in an evolving finance environment. This is a highly visible role with direct access to field leadership, operations teams, and senior finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for key business units

  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for field leadership and senior executives

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, and Accounting to evaluate performance and drive business decisions

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

  • Utilize analytic tools to streamline data extraction and improve financial reporting

  • Play an integral role in the company's finance transformation, helping implement new tools, systems, and processes to modernize the function

  • Identify areas of operational inefficiency and support the development of financial models and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a business analytics role

  • Strong systems skills, with hands-on experience using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable platforms

  • Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems preferred

  • Proven ability to influence and partner cross-functionally across corporate and field teams

  • Experience supporting a business going through process or system transformation is a plus

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into executive-level narratives
