Overview:
A global manufacturing leader is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing financial reporting team. This position will play a critical role in the company's consolidations and external reporting function, supporting a complex, multinational business. The role is ideal for someone with strong technical accounting expertise who is eager to contribute to a dynamic and evolving finance organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP/IFRS standards.

• Support the global financial close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations.

• Assist in preparing regulatory filings and other reporting deliverables for stakeholders.

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring compliance with SOX or similar requirements.

• Partner with regional and international finance teams to resolve accounting and reporting matters.

• Collaborate with external auditors by preparing supporting schedules and documentation.

• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, system upgrades, and reporting efficiencies.

• Stay current on developments in accounting standards and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA (or progress toward CPA) strongly preferred.

• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally from public accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier) and/or a corporate accounting environment with consolidation exposure.

• Strong knowledge of financial statement consolidations, US GAAP, and IFRS.

• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
