The Tax Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and planning services to a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax engagements for high-net-worth clients, including individuals, estates, and trusts

• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to client needs

• Review complex tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment

• Partner with leadership on firm initiatives and contribute to business development efforts when appropriate

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Taxation preferred)

• 7+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, with a strong background in individual, trust, and estate taxation

• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships simultaneously

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
